Promoter & managing director Registration needs for persons with foreign passport?
Let me know the forms necessary for a NRI ( with Canadian Passport & driving license, long back settled in Canada; no documents at present on India name) to be promoter & managing director for Private limited Company to be incorporated in India
The person should apply for Director Identification No (DIN) with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
You can apply online and provisional DIN no will be allotted. Copy of acknowledgement alongwith other documents as required have to be forwarded to DIN Cell. It will take 2 to 3 weeks to get approval letter from DIN.
Once you received that, you have to get DIN 2 form from the appointee director and DIN 3 has to file with MCA.
Once it is confirmed by MCA, you can file Form 32 for appointment of Managing Director.
