Is it legal to register a domain with the name of a condominium corporation in Canada?
The website contains information about the condominium in question; the person that maintains (and registered) it lives in this condominium and there are disclaimers about the site not reflecting the official view of the similarly named condo corporation in most pages of the website. Can the board of directors sue the owner of the website?
